What materials do you use in your jewellery?

I craft with 18k and 14k gold and sterling silver, which is always coated in gold or platinum vermeil.

How do I find my ring size?

Each ring listing includes the sizes I offer. If you’re unsure of your size, I recommend comparing it with a ring you already own or visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement.

Can I customize a piece?

If the idea inspires me—yes. I love working on meaningful and unique designs. Feel free to reach out and share what you have in mind.

Is your packaging gift ready?

Yes, every order comes in a ready-to-gift box or pouch.

Is there a warranty?
I offer a 6-month warranty covering any crafting issues that might arise. Please note that natural fading of vermeil over time is not covered, as it's a normal part of the material's lifespan.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Since every piece is handcrafted, most orders take about 7 to 20 days to complete before shipping. I take care to ensure every piece is just right before it leaves my studio.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. The cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders & Returns

How can I Cancel my Order?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, work may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Can I Return or Exhange my order?

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to make it right.

How can I Return or Change a Product?

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to return or exchange

  • A brief reason (optional, but appreciated)

    I’ll reply with confirmation and the return address. Please don’t send anything back before contacting me.

Who covers the shipping fees for returns?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I’ll cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
