What materials do you use in your jewellery?

I craft with 18k and 14k gold and sterling silver which is always coated in gold or platinum vermeil.

How do I find my ring size?

Each ring listing includes the sizes I offer. If you’re unsure of your size, I suggest comparing with it a ring you own and know the size or visit a local jeweler just to be sure.

Can I customize a piece?

If the idea speaks to me—yes. I love working on meaningful and unique designs. Feel free to reach out and share what you have in mind.

Is your packaging gift ready?

Yes, every order comes in a ready-to-gift box or pouch.

Is there a warranty?
I offer a 6-month warranty covering any crafting issues that might arise. Please note, though, that natural fading of vermeil over time isn't covered, as it's a natural part of the material's life.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Since every piece is handcrafted, most orders take about 7 to 20 days to complete before shipping. I take time with each piece to make sure it’s just right.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping is available, and the cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I Cancel my Order?

Within a week of making the order, send me an email with your order number, I will cancel your order and refund your payment, unless the order is a custom piece.

Can I Return or Change a Product?

Yes—returns and changes are to be made within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item hasn’t been worn or damaged.

Send an email to auroussjewels@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • A brief reason (optional but appreciated)

    I’ll reply with confirmation and the return address. Please don’t send anything back before contacting me.

The shipping fees for returns are covered by us, only when the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
